If you cannot tell by now I am obsessed with anything with peanut butter!!! I try to make my own all the time!
Another route I have experimented with is using pistachios.
Hull the seeds and place into the BlendTec, mix on high for a minute (until it is powdery), then add oil or in my case I use chopped up ginger!!! My friend Kasia teases me for my obsession with ginger as well. Oh well, I LOVE it!!!!
