Happy Valentine's we walked down to deposit Nate's check at the bank. Subaru was offering FREE pet chipping, so of course we took advantage of it!

Coconut Flour Pop-Tarts
Did you know the spice fenugreek taste like maple when grated up? Well, now you do! I did not use any sweetener for these babies with that little trick.
Cauliflower "Oats"
When you are able to snag 2 lb cauliflower bags for $.50~ naturally you buy 5 bags and cook all day! Pizza dough and blanched cauliflower stored nicely in my freezer. These oats turned out GREAT! I added cinnamon, fenugreek (for a nice maple flavor), and vanilla.
