Homemade Cilantro Dressing
This was SUPER easy and very tasty!
*1/4 cup vinegar
*1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
*3 tsp. stevia
*a bushel of cilantro
*pepper + salt to taste
*1 tsp. dijon mustard

Sweet Potato Butter
This was SUPER easy and tastes SO delicious!!
~My mom and I found this awesome fresh, organic produce store where we were able to snag these GINORMOUS sweet potatoes. Since the potato is organic I was not too worried about pesticides; I did however still use my veggie wash.
~Poke holes into the potato and bake for 350 for 30 minutes.
~Cut the potato into small dices.
~In the blender (BlendTec is what I always use) place 1 Tb. of Nutella for a sweet hazelnut flavor along with a container of unsweetened applesauce. If you prefer thicker butter, you can also add 1 scoop of protein powder. I have made this recipe with/without I like both. With the protein powder added it gives the butter extra protein to sustain hunger.
~Add the diced potatoes and blend it all up.
